1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. The cancellation terms are as follows:

1.1 Cancellation Timeframes

  • More than 48 hours before departure: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10% of the total booking amount.
  • 48 hours to 24 hours before departure: You may cancel your booking and receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure.

1.2 No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled tour without prior notice, the total amount paid will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Ninh Binh One Day Tours

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies), we will:

  • Provide you with a full refund of the amount paid, or
  • Offer you an alternative date for your tour.

We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

3. How to Cancel

4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking.

If you wish to change your booking (e.g., rescheduling your tour), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
